What photo should I send?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet is facing the camera. Phone photos are perfect. If we need a better one, we'll email you before we start.
Can I do a cat or other pet?
Yes — dogs, cats, bunnies, horses, any pet. Same Santa-hat style.
When will it arrive?
Each ornament is made and printed to order, then ships in 3–5 business days. Order by December 12 for Christmas delivery in the US.
How big is it?
Just under 3" round, glossy white ceramic, printed on the front, with a gold hanging ribbon.
Can I change my order?
You can edit the name or photo within 2 hours of ordering — just reply to your confirmation email.
What if something's wrong?
If it arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll remake it or refund you. No questions asked.
